01 Calisthenics for beginners - personal training
This option is for 10 x 1 hour personal training sessions. Prior to the first session, we will discuss your current level and what you would like to achieve from the training.

These sessions will give you a good understanding of calisthenics. We will start with the fundamental calisthenics exercises and build up to new variations and progressions. 

Suitable for all abilities and ages; if you're currently unable to perform any of the exercises, we will use resistance bands to help you build up your strength.

What does the programme cover?
- Fundamental calisthenics exercises for beginners
- Bodyweight exercises for your upper body and lower body
- How to perform push ups, pull ups and dips with good form
- Beginner push ups, pull ups and dips variations
- Using resistance bands to assist movements
- Understanding which muscles each exercise works
- How to create your own bodyweight workout programme
