02 How to muscle up, front lever, back lever and more - personal training
This option is for 10 x 1 hour personal training sessions. Prior to the first session, we will discuss your current level and what you would like to achieve from the training.

I will teach you how to perform several of the more advanced calisthenics exercises; including muscle ups, front lever holds, back lever holds, pistol squats and many more. If you can already perform some of these movements, we will focus on cleaning up the form and performing at a higher level.

If you're currently unable to perform any of the exercises, we will use resistance bands to help you build up your strength. I will also spot some of the exercises when you are learning the mechanics.

- Fundamental calisthenics exercises
- Bodyweight exercises for your upper body and lower body
- How to perform pull ups and muscle ups with good form
- Front and back lever progressions
- Using resistance bands to assist movements
- Understanding which muscles each exercise works
- How to create your own bodyweight workout programme
