This option is for 5 x 90 minute personal training sessions, which will take place within the space of a week.

Prior to the first session, we will discuss your current level and what you are aiming towards. I will then provide a calisthenics workout routine for you to follow over the next 6 weeks. 

Your calisthenics workout routine will have 5 different workouts per week; we will use the personal training sessions to go through each of these, so you are comfortable performing the workout on your own.

If you're currently unable to perform any of the exercises, resistance bands and regressions can be used.

What does the programme cover?
- Fundamental calisthenics exercises
- Bodyweight exercises for your upper body and lower body
- A 6 week workout programme for you to follow
- 5 personal training sessions to ensure you have a deep understand of your routine
- Understanding which muscles each exercise works
- How to create your own bodyweight workout programme

- 5 x 1 1/2 hour personal training sessions
- A 6 week personalised workout programme
