Online training - workout programme (bodyweight only)


Once we've established your current level and what your goals are, you will received a personal workout programme that will help you reach your goals. All of the exercises require your bodyweight only (some may include additional weights or resistance bands, if requested) and can be performed without a gym.

The workout plans can include:
- pull up variations
- muscle up variations
- push ups variations
- dip variations
- lower body exercises
- abs exercises on the floor
- abs exercises on a pull up bar
- abs exercises on dip bars

You will receive the following through email:
- an online form to capture your current level and goals
- an electronic copy of your workout plan
- videos of each exercise so you know exactly what you're doing
