I provide Personal Training on both a one-to-one basis or, alternatively, you can do each session with a friend. These sessions can take place at any location. If you’d like to workout from your own house, equipment will be provided.
THE FIRST SESSION WILL BE FREE. In the first session, we will talk about your current situation and what your goals are. Once this has been established I will be able to create a programme that will help us reach the desired target. We will take all of your preferences in to consideration and ensure the programme is challenging, achievable, and enjoyable.
After this, every session will be approximately one hour long. Each session will include:
- A catch up on any exercise you have done between the current session and the previous one
- Looking over your programme and making any necessary changes
- Evaluating your diet record (should you choose to keep one, which is advised)
- A warm up
- A 45 minute workout
- A warm down
- Evaluate progress and advise what you may want to do between the end of the current session and the next one
If you’re not local, via email, I can learn about your current position and what your health and fitness goals are. Once this has been established, I will create a programme for you which will be evaluated every week and changed as necessary. This means you’ll have a professionally created programme to help you achieve your fitness goals and any questions can be answered by phoning or emailing me. There will be regular communication to keep track of your progress and offer support.
