Garden high bar and pull up bar installation for calisthenics or Crossfit
The high bar is designed for gymnastic rings and/or a climbing rope. The extra height means you’ll be able to perform straight body muscle ups, on gymnastic rings, without your feet touching the floor.
For this installation, we use 6x6 pressure treated posts and install them 3ft in the ground, instead of our standard 2ft. These substantial posts provide a solid foundation, maintaining the integrity of the structure even at its impressive height. With a 12ft design, the high bar component of this installation offers ample space to hang gymnastic rings and a climbing rope, enabling you to embark on a variety of challenging exercises and movements.
We also use 6x6 posts for the pull up bar in this set up, to keep it looking tidy with all posts being the same thickness.
Our UK produced pull up bars are powder coated, not only to enhance their grip and durability, but it also ensures they remains resistant to the elements, allowing for long-lasting performance.
