Incite Fitness was founded by Neill Timms in 2009 and started solely as a YouTube channel, with calisthenics tutorials and bodyweight workouts.

In 2013, Incite Fitness began to supply and install calisthenics equipment as a result of the local council removing the pull up bars that we used to train on.

Once our regular bars had gone, we built some of our own so we had somewhere to continue training and creating YouTube content. We started to receive comments asking us how we built our own set up, which evolved to comments asking us to come and install some for them… so we did.

We use UK steel and sustainably sourced timber.
