Do I need to be home during the installation?

If you have side access to your garden and an outside tap, once the placement of the installation has been agreed, we’re fine to be left on our own if you need to head out.

If you already know exactly where you’d like the installation to go and you’re not going to be home, you can leave markers where you’d like the posts to go. We can also Facetime you once we arrive to confirm the location before we start digging.

Do you require access to water and power?

We will need a tap (ideally an outside one) or somewhere to fill our buckets.

We generally do not require access to a power supply. If there’s an outside plug socket we may charge our Stanley batteries, but it does not need to be in close proximity to the installation area. If the installation is going in to concrete, however, we will need to power our breaker. We always have extension cables with us so all we need is a power supply within 30m of where the installation is going.

Can I choose the height of the bars?

As standard our pull up bars are approximately 8ft high and the dip bars are approx 5ft high. If you would like the bars to be lower, this can be arranged on the day of the installation. Once the posts are in the ground, we will as you to come out and the height can be chosen. If the bar is for children, we would recommend keeping the post at full length so the bar can be raised higher as they grow.

If you would like the bars to be higher than our standard height, please let us know in advance. We can go up to 9ft high, but we do not carry these posts as standard and will need approx 7 days notice. Once the posts are in the ground, we can not raise them.
