Garden monkey bars, high bar, double pull up bar, dip bars and abs bench installation
This set up has so much variety for your training - you can do hundreds of upper body and abs exercises on this.

The abs bench is a 30 degree angle, but this can be customised if you have a preference. There’s a short bar above it to hold on to whilst performing your abs exercises. You can also lay on it backwards and put your feet under the short bar to keep you in place.

The standard height pull up bar is 8ft and the lower ones can be decided on the day (we will bring a full length post and cut it to size).

There are lots of options for how this set up can be laid out. On the day of the installation, before we start digging, we’ll lay the bars in any potential positions to see what works best with the available space.

Our pull up bars are perfect for calisthenics and Crossfit. They're load tested to 300kg and can handle kipping muscle ups, toes to bar, etc with ease. Our dip bars are equally strong; they can easily take multiple users and weighted dips. We use 150cm bars as standard, but we also have shorter ones if we’re in a tight space or longer ones if it’s for multiple users at once.
